Hot Trottin

Hello friends!

It's been a while since I've been on here so let me start by catching you up with what's gone on in the last couple weeks...

May 29th was Allison and AJ's beautiful wedding in Tuscaloosa. She looked beautiful!

Here we are in our lovely dresses.

 Then, there's the fun festivities of my BIRTHDAY!  I reached 23 years old on June 12th!  The day started quite early at 5 am.  Calee, Jerry, and I got up and headed over to Gulf Shores for the Hot Trot 5K.  It was the best way to start the day!  It was a fun, relaxed, and flat course.

Then we went to breakfast at the Eastern Shore Cafe.  It seriously has the best breakfast!  I got a sweet little apple muffin with a candle and a happy birthday song too :)  We went thrift store shopping and got a bunch of new books that I can't wait to read, floated around and soaked up the sun at the pool, took a tiny nap, got up and cooked, and then had some friends over for a little birthday fun.  I have to say that this was a wonderful day and I'm very blessed!

I've been doing pretty well with doing most of my runs outside!  However, today I did run 6 miles at the gym and did some weights.
